I was rereading Ouran High School Host Club, and when seeing Bossa Nova (Kasanoda), I realized I feel like reading manga where the scary looking Yakuza guy gets the girl in the end. Even better if the guy is actually a softy!

Hyakujuu Kingdom fits although there isn't actually any romance so much as heaps of UST and hints and warm fuzzy moments. It has everything else you could want though!
