This must be the longest ending ever! The story is over in ch106. How the author managed to write so many chapters after that is impressive. Moreover, those chapters aren't boring even if you read them for non-sex stuff. I kinda want to see more mangas with such endings.

Anyway, Emiru is Emiru until the very end. I don't get why she left Kido. Why was it necessary to leave him to grow up? Live with him, grow up together, stop hurting everyone, silly girl! If Kido wouldn't have said he'll wait a year, I bet she'd never come back. What do you guys think?

The title says spoilers ahead of time so well, if you don't mind i'm just interpreting the raws since i'm a functional blind when it comes to japanese.

Edit. I decided to put it in spolier tags since it's my walkthrough the end. It might be wrong here and there but 80% certain it's close enough to what really happened.

Starting from 105:
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
1.- Kido finds Emiru after talking a little to Emiru's pseudo-sister.
2.- They talk, Emiru wants to go away, Kido tells her he loves her and whatnot, Emiru breaks in tears and they kiss and cry.
3.- They chat some more, decide to go a love hotel to finally do that business...eventually they finally do it, over the course of like 10 chapters!!! pondering what is wrong or right and doing some fanservice foreplay
4.- Emiru promises Kido to always be by his side (*dundundun*) this is the kind of sweet talk that foresights problems ahead.
5.- Emiru leaves definitely her house, her dad wishes her luck, they go visit her brother's tomb, find Emiru's "sister" there, and somehow they sort of make up...Then Emiru asks Kido to have sex with sex in front of his brother tomb to finally came to terms with that, and they do.
6.- (This is the second to last chapter) Everything points to be a happy ending with Kido and Emiru coming back to their house, they go to school, and Emiru says something about going to the bathroom or somewhere coming back soon, leaving Kido waiting sit on a bench.
7.- He recieves a call from Emiru, she starts saying her goodbyes and Kido snaps jumping to run to try to find her while talkig over the phone, he eventually finds her over the other side of a river that separate them.
8.- Kido yells at her why she does this, didnt she promise to stay together and whatnot, Emiru keeps her bitchy act that she has to go (don't ask me the reason, couldn't read) , and finally he screams that part about waiting for 1 year. Emiru smiles and drops the cellphone on the river and dissappears in the crowd. (end of chapter)
9.- *timeskip* 1 year or more don't know, Kido gets together with some friends from the school, some stories of success of his peers and he gets all sad about his own story.
10.- He goes back to his apartment and finds light or something coming fron the infamous hole in the wall. He jumps out running and opens Emiru's apartment and finds her there. He tells her she is late, she says something bitchy and they hug for the last page.
11. The end, applause.

The ending is fun! You don't get such satisfying ending in every manga. The ten-chapters-long love-hotel story is soo sweeeeet. :3

The only silly part is the last twist. According to Emiru, Kido has grown up into a good adult during their two years of peeping while Emiru's clock stopped when her brother died. Only during their love-hotel adventures Emiru started to move on again. Her reasoning to leave him is beyond me, "I need to grow up. I don't want to hinder Kido-san while I do so." WTF? Kido is really hurt because you betray him! He even says his clock has stopped when she left (talk about hindering). Here I must say there always was the feeling that she'd run away, but the actual reason is stupid. It seems like the author wanted to add more drama and failed miserably.

I...totally caved and had a look at the raws.

Not gonna lie, was not expecting 10 chapters dedicated to them in the love hotel. I guess that makes up for all the sexual tension that's been building up over the volumes haha.
Thought the little twist at the end was unnecessary, but it kinda fits with Emiru's personality though. She's never really 100% there is she.

Overall, pretty pleasing ending. I'm satisfied with that. I'm looking forward to the releases even more now haha. I think I would have been a bit on edge if I didn't know what was happening next. That 10 chapters is gonna feel like it lasted for 20 XD

I just read another manga that ended with the protaganist having to wait a year and a half to be together. What is it with the japanese and this waiting thing? In real life, somthing lime to would be hard to deal with. Even if she came back, you would have a never ending fear that she would disapear at any time. I guess they do this in manga to add some drama, but to me, it takes away something and makes me feel biter about the story.
in order for a couple to make it through the long haul, they have to learn to be together and support each other during the bad times as well as the good.

goddammit this ending is quite common and i dislike that.. and if she isn't there 100% and the MC is affected by it then the points will just have to be deducted. mehh, i guess those 10 chapters are what im looking forward to then. lol I can't help but wish for a vanilla ish conclusion to these seinen-romance stories, esplly this manga.. oh well roll

And now the Ending is translated thanks to Japanzai!

That said, that was a very weak ending. Too much, too fast with a cliched ending to boot. (Really? A 'I'll wait 1 year'-ending?) I expected something a lot tighter for the ending.
