There is going to sound rambling, I apologize in advance.

The manga starts with a guy who is really unlucky, I believe supernaturally so. This guy meets a demon who falls in love with him. The demon is a little girl who gets her powers based on emotions. The guy then decides he wants to make a school for the supernatural or something. There are also assassins, some of them are dogs and cats. I haven't read this in a while so these are just my impressions I'm not totally sure of the accuracy, but if anyone knows what this is based off of that, fantastic. Thanks in advance.
