Joe Hisaishi, maybe? He writes music for Studio Ghibli anime, and for some Japanese movies too. I don't play any instrument so I don't know if its difficult, but I checked and there is some sheet music of his available for download.

Go with yume sekai from sword art online and chiisana tenohira from clannad. These are my favorite to play fingerstyle.

I haven't watched very much anime, but I do like the songs from Madoka Magica. They seem to fit what you're looking for too. There's some pretty good sheet music out there for the main songs (I personally like Sis Puella Magica, Magia, and Connect). Kimi ni Todoke (from the anime of the same title) is fun to play too.

To Zanarkand from Final Fantasy X is really pretty and it's not too hard to find good sheet music for it.

If you're fairly good at the piano, you should look at Kyle Landry's arrangements (sheets are on his website). My favorites are Dearly Beloved from Kingdom Hearts (the 2008 version), Gerudo Valley from Zelda, and Dire Dire Docks (from Super Mario 64 haha).

You said you've played a lot of music from Studio Ghibli movies, but I'll suggest Arrietty's song in case you haven't played it before.

Hmm...That's all I can think of for now (sorry that so many of my suggestions aren't from anime). I hope you can find something you like! biggrin

@Evelyn522 Hyahaha I have already play To Zanarkand, Dearly Beloved, and Arriety XDDD
If I remember correctly most of the songs from Mahou Shoujo Magica Madoka are composed by Yuki Kajiura <3 I love Yuki Kajiura's song so much too xDDD
I haven't try playing songs from video game like Zelda and Mario since I'm not really fond with games like them... always get killed in the beginning...
And and I enjoy reading Kimi ni Todoke manga but haven't watch the anime yet. I should start watching it and see if there's good song xD
Thanks ;DD

Try Code Geass insert song like Continue Story, Masquerade, If I were a bird, etc.
I played Continue Story last year, I really love the song, beautiful, melodic, and sad...
