I'm looking for manga/anime with two protagonists like in:
Get Backers
Shonan Jun'ai Gumi

Or/and with plenty focus on side characters as well, like in:
Tenjou Tenge
Air Gear

Could be any genre, but seinen and shonen is preferable.

I've never read any of your examples, but you just want the story where the side characters/more than one character get their time to shine right? That's a pretty broad request 🙂 No prefered genres or anything?

Pandora Hearts Oz and Alice are kinda the main main characters, but everyone gets some spotlight. I like how the villains get backstory as well. *has anime

K Project - Shiro is the focus, but there is a lot of attention given to the other characters. AND, manga spinoffs for those characters. I'm a bit in love with this one right now

Not sure if Liar Game counts, there are two protagonists, but imo Akiyama gets more attention.
The last two suggestions are boy girl pairs, not sure if you had something like that in mind.

Gintama Definitely. Soo many awesome chars in this series. Even the most obscure side char can get their own episode. Whether you like this series is really up to whether you that kind of humor suits you.
Dorohedoro One cool thing about this manga is that there are lots of different groups of chars in conflict with each other, but but for the most part none of the groups are the 'good guys' or the 'bad guys', the story encompasses a lot of different perspectives so seamlessly in a way I've never seen in any other manga.
