Like the title states. I'm looking for something along the lines of Honey & Honey or Welcome to Room #305!.

Shounen-ai and shoujo-ai are okay obviously. But I rarely read yaoi and yuri. I want something with some form of plot. And I'm not looking for manga where everybody is either pretty and gay or pretty and in the closet (and about to come out).

Romance is not really a requirement. Actually, I don't want romance at all if it's going to be ridiculously unrealistic.

And if it's a BL title, please let there be a female character that isn't
a) the sister/mom/whatever relative of one of the guys,
b) the bitchy rival that tries to seduce one of them or
c) random store clerk, fangirl, old lady crossing the street or other such extra that plays no real role in the story.
