What is this?!? I've been searching around for a bit but not that much has turned up? What kind of time do the Japanese people use

Maybe that's the length of the episodes?..(seems too long though)..
I can't say.. I can't read japanese, and I've never heard of such time sets..
There are only 24 in a whole day..

In Japan they use hours greater than 24 for times after midnight but before people actually go to bed. So 2:00 am is actually 26:00 in japan.
