The story was I think a one-shot about a girl who isn't popular because she appears to be cold and doesn't talk to people (I think she has a nickname like Ice Queen), and she goes to the library and reads a story to a guy who starts to like her but he doesn't know who she is and doesn't like her in real life.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

it sounds a little like Watashi ni xx shinasai!, her nickname is the ice queen i think but the last part doesn't really fit, but she does write a novel
