manga was first oneshot
girl wanted to kill herself because she is dying from a heart disease, so she jumped under a car but the guy wants to save her, but both die. Then when they are dead an entity tells them that both of them can live, after seven days and the other dies. At the end he a girl writes to why they wanted to kill a man to lives. Then it was adapted to manga but I can not remember what it's called.
in the manga storyline has changed
