i really liked Houou Gakuen Misoragumi, it seems like it is shoujo ai at first but she ends up with a guy
and there is Bokura no Kiseki too, but its not really gender bender in that way, he used to be a girl in his past life. and the romance is not the main stories theme but it is very cute
