I remember a long read of a manga where the MC was a ronin. I believe his sister moved in with him in a later volume, but the main thing was the sexual adventures of the MC, I think his sister got into some as well, and at one point the MC slept with his sister's best friend or something because she was selling her body. I may have quite a few mangas mixed up in my poor description though. I know he had a main girlfriend, but i cant remember if he lied and said he was in school or not while trying to create the image that he was in school. That may be another manga or something. Sorry for a poor description again.

I do know it was a long read and it may have been dropped at one point and picked back up

I also think the MC may have cheated a lot of his GF.
