I've recently remembered a scene from some shoujo manga where a girl got really nervous at some point and she ate too much of drift ice. She got really sick after that and from a boy she knew it appeared she has her days so he ran to the pharmacy and bought pain killers for her... She realized the misunderstanding eventually and felt really bad about it since the boy was someone she didn't particularly like yet he tried his best to help her...
Does someone possibly recognize this, pleeeease?
