No, I'm not experienced in cleaning. But I want to be!

I've come across a fair share of manga that gets cleaned perfectly. I've done multiple "cleaning tests" and I believe they come out alright. The only problem is coming across something and I'm unable to figure out how to fix it, including proper ways to fix gutter pages, etc. I also cannot find the program "Topaz DeNoise 3" but I do have version 5 and Topaz Clean 3.

If there are any experienced cleaners out there, please take me under your wing!!
TEACH ME YOUR WAYS!!

^^^ I tried to "clean" it myself, but failed horribly.
Overall, I would just love some tips and tricks on how to clean manga.

I highly doubt that they used this particular raw source for their release. The raw has smaller dimensions than the release does. And they credited somebody for providing the raws too...
Still, this raw is not terrible. You could probably get some decent looking results. After a few tries.

Though I'm not sure that the recruitment section is the right place to ask for help with learning to clean.
Than again, I'm not sure if there even is an appropriate section for that on MU. This seems like a better place to ask.

In any case, I might be able to give you some actual tips when I get back from work tomorrow. 'Cause I don't feel like rearranging my desk into scanlation mode right now xP

You can PM me if you need a temporary (freelance) cleaner/redrawer for some project. Especially if it's something with nice art.
Being the lazy person that I am, I'm not likely to accept anything long-term though.

I don't know what kind of manga you like but I know of a couple Yaoi groups that offer training ^^ They also release scanlations in amazing quality

I could teach you a thing or two about redrawing if you were to agree doing work for my group. But I'm not good at cleaning toilet paper raws myself, so I can't help you there.
