Alright now that we have section for video games, i figured what would be a better way kick things off then to find out what kind of games the people that inhabit this forum like to play, by finding out what one's they like the most biggrin.

First i shall start off by naming some of my altime favorites.Which would be:

.Persona 2: Eternal Punishment
.Final Fantasy XII
.Front Mission 3
.Front Mission 4
.Valkyrie Profile
.Suikoden 2
.Dark Cloud 2
.Zone of the Enders: Second Runner

And many many more (i just cant remmber them all just right now ).

Well as you can see, im mostly am into RPGs. I do play other games then RPGs, but mostly all of my favorites are just RPGs laugh

So what are some of your favorite games?

My favorite games... Well I'm probably going to forget a lot of thing since I really do like games. And If forgot one it doesn't mean I don't like it enough. (I forget my own birthday, doesn't mean I don't like me... I'm even pretty narcissic)
Anyway, there are the Final fantasy, I liked most of them, FFVI specially, (still haven't found time to start FFXII though).
The Tekken and SoulBlade/Calibur series for fighting games.
I'm a huge fan of Sonic... just addict to the speed seriously. And the Genesis ones where the best!
Metal Gear Solid!!!!!!
The Tenchu series, Zone of the Enders, Resident Evil, Prince of Persia,GTA (but not that much),Wipeout... hmmm what else...
On PC I play manly strategy games: Starcraft, Warcraft, The Comand & Conquer series (Although I hated Generals), the Total Wars series, the Age of Empires Series etc... I played World of Warcraft for a while, but my schedule doesn't permit me to continue playing that.
Basicly, I like almost any higher than average quality game that doesn't fall into these categories: Sports, and FPS.
(The only exception for sports are car racing games.)

I'm into RPG in particular Dark Chronicle (aka Dark cloud 2) as well as fighting games Tekken, Soul Calibur and strangely Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 was really good. (my friends avoid playing against me. I've been told I take it too seriously)

and finally Pokemon Trading card on gameboy. I wish they release a new version

I'm a sucker for party type games. eg. eye toy and singstar. Boy do I regret wasting my parent's money on it.

**looks at the dusty mircophone for singstar.

Bloody Roar, KoF, SF, Marvel vs Capcom, Marvel vs Street Fighter...any fighting really, as long as you can button mash bigrazz yes, its a bad and annoying thing, but good news, im starting to fight properly now ^_^ theres some fighting where u cant mash...like tekken (man i get so pissed at it sometimes) and super smash bros. (kirby ftw!)
I'm also into rpg's like Diablo (own and played and clocked all) Neverwinter Nights (i got number 1 and still havent finished it...) I'm also into WoW...currently on my 4th week of not playing...no its not cold turkey, its just that i have been away from the computer for so long ;)
FPS.....my forte...kinda, Counter-Strike ftw!(even though they banned source in melbourne T_T) Halo 1 & 2, UT...the list goes on... eyes

You can button mash in Tekken =p its just you don't do them all at once, its either just kicks or just punches xD

Also I'm surprised no-one is a rabid DDR Freak like me

I guess my favs are:

Multiplayer:
Warcraft III TFT -with Sc:bw the undoubtedly best RTS multiplayer Game
I played it ~2years or more oO?
Starcraft:Broodwar: Loved the Singleplayer, never really got into multiplayer only for a short amount of time.
Diablo II LoD: I was seriously addicted to it, I wouldn't go to bed be4 i found a certain item etc., . It had the affect on me WoW has on some others, good thing i stopped long time ago ^^ (I should've sold my acc on ebay...)
I tried WoW, but I didn't like the fact that you have to join guilds and it just took too long, so I gave it to a friend who's addicted now -_-"
Ohh and I also had a time where I played a lot of counterstrike, tho only funmaps and not for too long.

Singleplayer Games:
As mentioned above: Sc:bw
Vampire Bloodlines: the Masquerade, without the bugs it would've been a perfect game for me.

I played many other games (whole C&C Series, Zeus, Pharao etc), but those are my favs bigrazz Also Multiplayer was/is way more important for me than singeplayer =>blizzard games qualify the most ^^;
I never played console games and I never liked the controllers, cuz for RTS games they are not accurate enough. I also used to play browser games not sure how many of you know them.

Yeah that's true, those are more masher friendly characters but don't expect to get anywhere by mashing against someone that isn't a total newbie.
Tekken is one of the few fighting games where mashing isn't a valid strategy.
