Hello,

I am searching the title of a manga about this description :

In a world where all human is dying from a mysterious decease, the human found a cure in the mix of their DNA with animal and then gaining animal characteristic like body part and physical too. The story follow a boy who is not affected by the decease even though he is not a mix-human like everyone else on the planet and even without him knowing it since he wear animal ears all the time. Aften a minor even, they discover the truth and must be protected from the rest of the humanity since he can be the cure for the decease (not sure about the last comment).

The manga seems to be comical and maybe harem ? Only read the first chapter so I don't know.
