Everyone knows series like Tower of God or Noblesse from Naver, and with this a lot from Naver and other webmanwha is released a lot.
But my question is why the number of translated webmanga is so low. For example Comico a Japanese sites for webcomics (webmanga), the number of scanlations or better said translations is so low, that you can count them on one hand.
Can someone give me a reason why the releases from webmanga are so low?

Because most Webmanga do not have to rely on a fixed released schedule. But my question is why the number of translated webmanga is so low. For example Comico a Japanese sites for webcomics (webmanga), the number of scanlations or better ...
One-Punch Man, for example, releases whenever the heck it wants to release (even with their announced released date). They can change their minds and release a chapter 1 day earlier or 10 days later with a simple note of, "Artist was sick for this or that reason" with no repercussions. Korean and Chinese webtoons can do the same thing, but most of them don't have a psychical book publisher. So they are less likley to do this.
And most Artists in Japan are not fully dependent on their online comic money to care about art/story quality. Most of these webmangas don't even have LEGITIMATE EXPERIENCED editors backing them.
This is my opinion. Scanlators will only work on web-mangas that are extra-ordinary, have famous artist/author backing it, or is connected to an popular manga publisher (shounen jump).

The answer is probably simple: Japanese webmanga are not sufficiently popular enough among the people who translate manga into English.

Because the vast majority of them are terrible and few people want to dig through them to find the good stuff, let alone actually translate them.
