This girl got kidnapped from this guy who was from another planet after school. The guy thought the girl was the girl who stole some item in his planet. The girl wasn't the one who stole the item. It was the girl in his planet that resembles her. The girl that stole the item escaped from the planet to Earth. The girl that he kidnapped tried to convince him that it's not her, but he didn't believe her so he took her to the council to discuss this. The council argues about whether or not she stole the item, and (I forgot the what happens next, sorry)
I remember this particular scene where the girl who kidnapped went to take a bath in this circular pool where the dragon lives at. And what happens next is that the dragon lets her touch and ride him. The dragon never lets anyone tough him, but he allows her to touch him. She is somehow connected to this planet.
