please give me recommendation on shoujo manga with:
- "looking like a" delinquent (personality different from appearance type)
or
- just pure delinquent character that fall in love and his/her attitude change because of it

plus if:
- the person become easily flustered around the love interest (YES PLEASE)
- or just become clingy to the love interest
- good art (by this i mean proportionally good, no too big and sparkly eyes)
- short, below 100 chapter is okay. i prefer it around 20-30 tho, oh oneshot is okay too

please no incest, yuri, yaoi. and i leave my reading and complete list open so if you don't mind, you can check them before giving me rec. Thanks!!
