I can't remember the name of this manga but it looks almost like Red Blood Red Legacy. The main character and the female lead almost look identical. Few differences are it is set in a virtual world. Female lead introduces the male lead to a virtual reality game where she is already somewhat of a strong player. Male lead just started and just like in Red Blood Legacy she gets kidnapped for her strength. Male lead was given some unique ability that defied rules and logic in the game that gave him a fighting chance against much stronger players even though he just started. I think this manga was also scanlated on mangabox.


Even if you think of something somewhat similar please tell me. I am pretty sure about the virtual reality game part but as far as I read they never left since the start of the manga. There is also a girl that kind of looks like Alisa Ilyinichna Omela in the new anime God Eater.

Hmm Yureka (iD_eNTITY in the English release) has some similarities but I'm not sure that's it.
The .hack// franchise also comes to mind with virtual reality, but I can't think of any that really resemble Red Blood Red Legacy.
If it's more recent, it may be one of the Sword Art Online (Novel) manga spin-offs.

If none of those are it, try browsing the Virtual Reality category with some filters.
