I have been looking for this shoujo manga for a wile now and i still can't find it. I was hoping someone here could help.

all i can remember is that:

A) the main girl just transfers to a new school and her dad remarried a woman who already had two or three children from her previous marriage

B)the main guy's older brother stole his previous girlfriend and both he, his brother and his ex are aiming to become a doctors

c) the main character collapsed in the snow and the ambulance couldn't come immediately
