I was trying to add an author named Pito. After submitting, it said there was an error so contact someone, forgot the name. When I checked the User CP, it was listed there so I thought maybe the notice got bugged. But after a whole day it still hasn't been added while a release I added later was already approved. Please check.

Problem has been solved through Request Change. Thread can be closed/deleted now.
