I am looking for a very old manga that I can't remember the name, it was about a high school couple, but the boy found an abandoned little girl that he and his family took up as his little sister. It's fairly short, and the only thing I remember clearly was the last scene is the teddy bear of the little sister to the boy lead.

I remember vividly about maybe a school trip? and the girl came to live with the boy's family for a while too

I just remembered one more thing.. the sister was only about elementary school age I think? or younger, it's focused more on the love between the couple in high school.

Really?? No one can figure it out?

The themes of Aishiteruze Baby kinda fits that description........I don't remember that she was necessarily abandoned, but yeah, I think the rest kinda fits...maybe
