I think its mature cause the manga is based around sex themes. Even though there is no intercourse doesn't change anything.

Now, I know this isn't how the mature label is defined here, but...
This manga is highly immature. A better label would be "not for kids". (Though, by the very nature of the thing, that would just make the kids want to read it, of course.)

If you want to keep reading the series, I suggest you find the raws yourself and read them. I'm guessing you have no idea how much hard work goes into translating just one chapter, let alone a whole series. Quit being so ungrateful.

Yeah, it's a mature manga sense it's very erotic and will deal with the whole SM thing. Plus this series is on Young Animal which is a Seinen Magazine which also has Berserk and Yuria 100.
Shame this series was drop hope some other group picks it up.
