The girl i think wins a prize and meets the idol and they end up sleeping together and then he asks her to date him, on a date a pic gets taken and she wants to brake up with him but he instead takes her to show the world his girlfriend and i think it says on the last page the popular idol his name introduces his girlfriend.

I am pretty sure the girl is underage, and i think the boy's name is something like subaki maybe.
