Hiiiii, so a while ago I read a very interesting bl and I can't find it anymore... I search fort it daily and still can't find it!

I don't remember if it was classified as yaoi or shounen ai, but it was about an artist (or art student?) finding and picking up a boy/young looking man in the street. The guy he picks up has a tattoo on his back (not sure about that) and becomes his model.
One specific scene I remember is the model suddenly laughing/ while being drawn by the artist, who ends up drawing him smiling. The model later leaves him and takes the drawing of himself laughing with him.
