I run A Willful Muse a smallish scanlation group that specializes in scanlating neglected or abandoned shoujo and shounen manga. Right now we're recruiting Traditional Chinese to English and Japanese to English translators for a few projects.
Chaosic Rune - Japanese to English
Kemono wa hana yume o miru ka - Japanese to English
Yoru Made Matenai Japanese or Traditional Chinese to English
Bara no Tameni - Japanese or Traditional Chinese to English
Cat Street - Japanese or Traditional Chinese to English
Gestalt - Traditional Chinese to English

Proofreaders - You get to read the scripts before they're typeset.
Cleaners - You get to clean the raws.
Translators - We're still actively seeking Traditional Chinese to English, Japanese to English and now Korean to English speakers.
