Ok, well what i remember is that the drawing style looked pretty old, but the story was about this girl who follows a bouncing ball and i think she gets hit by a car and transfers to another world of fantasy. In that world of fantasy she doesn't know there language so she tries her best to learn by the guy who is now helping her. The guy that she loves also transforms into a weird dragon looking thing. If anyone knows please help me out to find the name ;)
