can someone help me i forgot the title of a yaoi manga that i liked. and i cant also remember the mangaka please tell me

the plot has 2 boys one who looks older than he really is and the other a cute little one. the older looking has a crush on the little one and then eventually forces rapes the little one when they are in middle school i think and then somethings happen and the little one has to take care of the older looking one because he got into an accident chasing the little one then eventually in the end they get together and confess their feeling for each other.
