My mom had my older sister when she was 17, and my dad had his first daughter when he was 21. They didn't know each other at that time though. (My parents are only two years apart from each other.)

I don't approve of having kids at a young age, so I think that 25-30 is the time when you at least have a stable life to support a family.
Plus its less likely to just create babies and to let them not have a family.

I'm 21 and I'm not a mature woman ( I don't even think about myself as a woman...more as a girl...)and my thougs are far away from have a child in the future 4~5 years...
I don't even have a boyfriend right now!! xD

Maybe is about psychological preparation than not physical...

For me i guess it should be anywhere between 18-35.
Like lets say u have ur first child at 20, then another at 24, and the last one at 30. God i just hope my first child is a boy. laugh

Honestly, It think it isn't something bound by age or anything.
As long as you can provide your kid with the necessary financial, psychological and emotional support, you can responsibly raise a kid.
You need finances to give your child food, clothes, shelter and an education.
Then you need to be able to raise your kids responsibly so they get to become reasonable and well functioning people.
And then you need to nurture them emotionally, to make sure they get any emotinal need they have.
If these criteria are met, I think anyone can raise a child, although no one under 18 can meet those criteria. (unfortunately, a lot of people still have kids while unable to provide the above)

there are a few things with which you know if you did a bad job raising your kid.

1; your child grew up to be a stripper/pornstar/prostitute.
2; your child is using/dealing drugs.
3; your child is a gangmember/criminal
4; your child became a parent at an age younger than 17.
5; your child became a scientologist.
6; your child frequents the 4-chan message boards.
