As much as menstrual pain.

I just have to quote this... and yes, it holds pretty much true for me.

^ Don't even joke like that. I have migraines all the time too, everyday actually. But it's due to lack of sleep and nutrients, nothing serious. In most cases is the same for others as well.

no~~ i and also my docs are pretty sure that it is migraine.

normally i only get headache once a month but when i am under stress or go through an emotional stage, my migraine shows itself more than once a month.

Umm, once every three months or so. I'm surprisingly healthy and fit seeing as how I never do anything. XD

I find I get them when I keep my glasses on for reading.

I'm short sited so I don't actually need them on when i'm reading and writing, but because i'm so blind I have to wear them all the time in order for me to see. Thus, i end up forgetting I have them on and when I sit down to read, I realise when it's too late and I have the headache.

Well not really a headache but I used to get a stabbing pain behind my eyes (both) in I guess either the muscles or the optic nerve... At such a moment bright light really hurt a lot.
It's been a while since I had one though (or I stopped noticing, I tend to do that allot).

I guess this has probably something to do with sugar, although I'm not diabetic (did a blood test about a year ago).

I used to suffer from severe migraines frequently (once a day usually). And the littlest things could set one off - like touching my head. And when I got one... it was really bad. Like, fetal position, vomitting bad. I went to the neurologist and they put me on four different kinds of medication to try and prevent them and get rid of them quickly when I was suffering from one. Sadly, didn't always work though. Weirdly enough though, after my car accident, I haven't had a migraine, let alone a headache since then.
