I haven't read it yet or anything and i want to try the manga out but i forgot the title.
It's about this like overweight girl and she is trying to lose weight so she turns to these trainers-(think it has something to do with romance....maybe...)

maybe it's a manga called miracle dieter miyuki where an overweight girl changes to a magical girl with training equipment. iI believe its also romance Do Not know if its good or the one ur looking for i passed by it by chance a while a go
