And if you can help me out by telling me if it sounds familiar then you win BFF status. Basically, if I can picture it correctly...there are two girls wearing identical uniforms (kinda school uniforms I think) and I'm willing to bet that they're in some sort of classroom. One girl has short hair with a pin in it...the other has long light-colored hair. The long-haired girl was a president of something (probably the student council) and she tells the other girl something like "you've mistaken admiration for love". The short haired girl denies it and claims she's really in love. So the president girl leans forward and says something like "you make me sick" and "if you really love me, you're a human defect." That's the gist of what I can give. If you can conjure a manga title from that then...wow. I remember thinking "Geesh, what a harsh bitch." But it did the trick in catching my interest. Anything helps (except things that don't).
