Hi everyone!
I've been watching Skip Beat's anime, and that made me want to read the series all over again. I can't believe I had forgotten the feelings it transmitted to me during the arc of Dark Moon, when Ren was trying to create his Katsuki. I think I can safely say that there are few mangas that have made me feel with such an intensity the character's trials. Specially when it comes to trials about romance. Other examples are Vampire Knight and Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu.

So I am asking you to please recommend me some manga with the same "intensity" as the ones above. I am a sucker for romance, yes 😃 . But I do like it best when it has comedy, adventure or fantasy mixed in the plot, like maybe Inuyasha, Heptagon, Sailor Moon, Rurouni Kenshin (although it's more of a drama, I'll say).

I have read other threads (I am even subscribed to a few), but I am still having a hard time in finding one as good as the ones I've mentioned. All of them either have serious cliches or unbelievable ludicrous situations. And of course, there are a lot others that I really like and I'm currently reading, like Ouran, Perfect Girl Evolution, The One, etc. (please check out my lists before posting). But only a very few can really transport me and make me involved on the plot as much.

Okay, I'll quit babbling now. I am sorry its such a long post lol 😳

Again, I recommend 1001 Nights..loads of Romance, legendary tales in one manwha. (dont let the "shounen ai" genre gets you in the way. That's just in some characters.... =____=)

You can look at my list.... I'm a sucker for romance as well. Here are a few romance stories I think might work for you;

Kare First Love
Mars
Milk Crown <- Love and Comedy, my favorite romantic comedy.
Milk Crown H! <- sequel
Milk Crown Lovers <- Sequel, not anywhere near finished scanlated though.
Red River <-Highly recommend this one. the romance is slow at first, but it gets intense pretty quickly.
Sensual Phrase <- Intense, but really smutty
Marmalade Boy
From Far Away <- not as intense, but fits your fantasy theme well.
Tsuki no Shippo <- Ninjas and romance... Pretty good.
Karin <- A cutsy vampire romance that I actually enjoyed reading.

I suggest looking at My Lists. The Completed List is the best list to look at, but the Reading is good too.

But I think I'm definitely going to take up Deep Love - Ayu no Monogatari, Antique Romance, Hiiro no Isu.
