I have a question. What happened to the comedy in Bleach. Not one funny thing has happened in the past few chapters. Or in the last few episodes. Where is my BWAHAHAHAHA when I need it? Or my overtly caricatured depictions of the workings of the universe *actually helped me learn about the world of bleach.

Maybe like around 5 minutes or something? ._. Because Ichigo can't improve that fast and the fight wouldn't last that long, in real life.

That's sounds feasible to me, at least it's better than the measly 11 seconds it was before.

@ahoaho: I think Ishida getting "fixed up" by Mayuri and Nemu's booby submission technique we're pretty good comedy. Also, Yachiru's line to Nnoitra about looking behind him didn't translate well, I laughed reading it in Japanese, but it didn't even raise a chuckle when I read the translation.

I think all of his friends (Tatsuki, Mizuiro, and Keigo) developed powers, hence why they followed Ichigo, Uryu, and Chad to Uruhara's shop. First, one requires ample spiritual energy to sense hollows or soul reapers (look at the first chapter), and everyone showed evidence of that. There was also foreshadowing of this after the Don Kanonji arc.

I'm pretty sure that the older of Ichigo's little sister will probably develop poers as well. She started to sense things as well about the same time Tatsuki did.

That makes sense, but there is something inherently different between regular hollows and arrancar. The arrancar are more developed mentally and physically, so I don't know if they have the same inert hunger that regular hollows have. Furthermore, Szayel Aporro Granz ate one of his numeros, claiming that he made him from pure spirit particles, so it is ambiguous whether or not he ate the soul or the spirit particles. It also calls into question Neliel and her numeros.

Earlier even. Both Yuzu and Karin were able to sense Grand Fisher, though Karin's sixth sense was far superior. Not too surprising considering her lineage and her environment.
