Well it depend on what I'm doing. Ambidexterity would imply that I can use both hands equally but I cannot, it's more like I am task oriented.

Left hand:
Typing (yes, a one handed typer)
Drinking
Chopsticks
Grooming (brushing hair, teeth, etc)
Rubbing my eyes
Game Boy (I play this one handed as well)
Gesturing
Painting

Right hand:
Hand writting
Silverware/eating (except with chopsticks)
Headpats
Mouse
Drawing/Sketching

I am right-handed; hell I'm even right-legged.

But the difference is huge -_-
I mean I can throw a tennisball with my right hand about 50 meters away.
with my left hand euhm.. 15 meter ? Maybe 20 after a dozen of swings.....

Before I trow with my left hand; I actualy 'feint-throw' with my right; and then I let my left arm mimic the right's movement; b/c without watching the right I actually have trouble figuring out how to throw :s

I have a friend though who's only sure way to find out if he's righthanded is by writing. He still writes a lot easier with his right hand. All the rest ....
He throws just as far with his right hand as with his left; when playing soccer you always seen him wondering "wich leg should I go now" before kicking a penalty, etcetera ...
To me he's like a freakshow sometimes.... most of the time I am though cool

Im right handed (but left eye dominant).

Quote from TofuQueen
However I have practically zero real sense of left and right, for example if I'm driving and someone tells me "turn right at the next street" I have to think about it and figure out which way right is or else there's about a 50/50 chance I'll turn left instead.

That totally applies to me as well. Left and right just dont seem to make sense to me, I think in terms of "this way" or "that way". The only reason I can tell right from left at all is because i have a cataract in my right eye. If it werent for that I would spend like 15 seconds trying to remember which hand I write with.

I'm strongly right-handed, but I tried eating with chopsticks left-handed a few months ago and it didn't go too badly! laugh I forget what I was eating, but it was something that's fairly easy to pick up with chopsticks - don't think I'd do too well left-handed with stuff that's harder to pick up.

iM A RIGHTY! it was funny because when i was in middle school my class was mostly filled with lefties so i was the odd one out lol

i also had trouble with "right" and "left"... i was taught the the whole "make an L with your hand" when i was young but im dislexic (sp?) so i wrote ALL of my letters backwards when i was younger so that never helped me!!
I still have trouble remembering which way the letters go sometimes unless i write them lol

I'm ambidextric... except, using my right hand for drawing and writing results in neater work.
Like, I also use my left hand for chopsticks, because my right hand gets tired out too easily. none
Like, I type with two hands on the keyboard, but my right moves quicker. My right eye detects things faster but my left's eyesight is much better.
But I do most things now with my left hand, I think.....
I'd still say that I'm a right hander. biggrin

Strangest thing

I cannot use a right handed mouse. So when I go to a public computer I always have to use the awkward right handed one with my left hand.

Everything else I do right handed.

My mom told me that when I started learning how to write, I'd always use my left hand, but she keeps on switching it to my right, so now I'm right-handed. Heh.

I was born using both hands, believe it or not.

However, my teachers bred it out of me. I'm now right handed, since they all forced me to only use my right hand. >.>

I'm still mad at them.
