Solid chapter, but overall mixed feelings about the story direction.

Drugs? Really? That's the new scary power?
Although it reminds me of that deadly Alabastan berserker potion. Heh, maybe Energy Steroid is a product of a new Baroque Works.

But we'll get to know more about Fisher Tiger and Fishman Island, so that's progressing nicely

And gotta comment on the really neat character designs.

I sure don't see a resemblance between this new guy and Arlong. Nope, not at all.

So Neptune has a santa beard, arm/chest/belly hair and a whale. I've never seen a more manly merman in my life.

That's how I felt about this chapter as well. Doesn't really seem like it's going to be a strong arc the way it's going so far (Kinda like how Thriller Bark was surprisingly "Meh." ).

hmm that drugs remind me a bit of choppers Rumble Ball
and the part that u're lifespan shortens every time u use it
isn't that the same as luffys gears?
