Hey! So I'm looking for a manga - preferably Shounen or Seinen where the female lead is head over heels in love with the male lead, who is somewhat disinterested (at that point), the leave-me-be-kind or is looking at other girls, but romance/chemistry between the two is not ruled out - or, more preferably, they end up together. I'm fine with On-going manga as well.

Midori no Hibi

Where the girls are not afraid to confess their love - they confess it over and over to a "Whatever" male lead; you'll know if you've read these. Somewhat airheaded and/or sincere would be a plus, as long as the girl isn't a Yandere LOL!

Fujimura-kun Mates comes close, but not really as at this point it's still a Gag. Neither does Magico unfortunately, as they share mutual love nearly from the start.

Nodame Cantabile has some of this but the romance is subtle.
