I don't have any manga related apps on my phone.
In fact, I'm not aware of any. Maybe because I'm not in the habit of reading manga on my phone.
I tried reading yuri during class a couple of times, but it wasn't comfortable at all and I was afraid all the scrolling was going to seem suspicious. haha

MU runs pretty well on my phone though, so I don't need an app for it. And as far as I'm aware, there isn't even an android application for it. ='/

I mostly read on my laptop, but I must say that there are some excellent webcomics on Line webtoon and it's quite enjoyable reading on my nexus 4 (better than the script to read on pc). That's the only manga app I use on my phone.

I was going to write a snarky response to this (I mean, there is no correlation between being a manga reader and having a manga app), but looking at some responses, some might be voting without fully understanding the poll. If you vote "no" because you don't read manga on a mobile device (smartphone/phablet/tablet), the poll does not apply to you (question is "do you use a manga app on your handheld device?" and not "Do you read manga on your handheld device?"), so answering "no" would mean that you read manga on your phone without a manga app (so you use the browser or standard image viewer).

I have not the slightest idea why anyone would want to read manga on a smartphone, I can only imagine a really bad experience doing so. I personally feel any device under 7", possibly 8" is simply too small despite whatever resolution said device has, there just isn't enough screen real estate to enjoy manga on.

Yes, I read manga on my handheld device, however, I don't use a specific manga-related application, seeing as that's redundant—the web browser does just fine 100% of the time.

I don't use a manga app and even if I read most of my manga on the PC I keep some scanlations in markers on my phone and read them from their reader

I'm a big screen smartphone user, but I read more text than manga in it but still just flip the phone and going from top to bottom (some times moving a bit more if it is a long panel or doble page) and it's a nice read for an update I want to read in the moment, or sometimes when starting a series and I'm in bed but can't sleep yet (as it isn't a good idea to read for many hours in bed, sleepy for the laptop)

Does light novel counts?? most manga apps aren't that diferent from just using the internet, but a light novel one helps, even more when I want to keep some academics documents open in my others text apps

I use a normal manga reader on my tablet called... uh... "Manga Reader" for android. I download the manga so I can read everything offline when I'm not at home. At home, I usually use my laptop.

On my phone, because of its 5" screen, it must be really hard to read manga and I'm not even going to try. For webtoons is fine though. I have the LINE Webtoon app and it works like a charm. Webtoons are acceptable because the panels areusually not so small and you can still have a good image without having to strain your vision so much.

I used to have the MU app but that fails now, so no. I just read on my laptop. There really isn't a lot of manga apps out there either, I've tried a few but they are pretty much all faulty or don't have the fully functional features many websites have.

I do have a couple of official apps on my phone, but honestly I usually don't like to bother with trying to read on a tiny screen.

Light novels are a completely different medium and are often optimized for phone-size screens, while manga is usually originally meant for much larger sheets of paper...

Yup, pretty much this...
Manhwas are really handy for phones, cauz you can just zoom in and just scroll down...
But for mangas, landscape mode should do it, zoom in widthwise and you're good to go (just scroll down)

I use Perfect Viewer on my tablet to read manga. That way I can read in bed or on the go (I travel a lot). Though I have to admit - I have a 10.1" screen and I can't imagine trying to read on anything smaller, let alone on a phone

I do not. The screen is too small on my phone to fully enjoy a manga (or any graphic novel in general) and I don't own a tablet. I'll stick to my PC at home or bring a physical book.

On a side note, I do use an app for light novels. My phone is definitely capable of reading text.
