can anyone help me figure out the title of a manga i read a while back.

it's a oneshot. its about a high school girl who fell in to a coma after an accident. she's in a coma for several years but she thinks that shes only been asleep for a month. She keeps looking for her boyfriend at the time of the accident but she couldnt find him anywhere. All she has with her is the man. THe nephew of the man looks like her old boyfriend. anyway,, it turns out that her old boyfriend has been supporting her all those times and that old guy was her boyfriend and he's been waiting for her to wake up. She finds this out when she finally sees her reflection on a mirror and she sees that she's now a middle aged woman.
