You mean some thing like these:

Metro lines

Above ground lines

Is that what you were looking for?

Well sort of... But I think a better map should exist... In one Of Japan government online pages or something of the sort...

I am looking for a map of the city above the ground (streets, avenues, blocks) with the subway lines clearly drawn with different colors (other countries have them)

If there is no map like that then just forget about it

I baked my friends some cookies today and I found a really cute card explaining why I'm randomly giving her cookies. I gave it to her as if I was confessing my feelings.
It was fun. (:

It sounds like it. Well, to me. I like baking and confusing people, so this is right up my alley.

I wanna know if the Japanese really are as formal and as easily embarrassed as their manga counterparts are.

And do men and women really bathe with lots of people of the same sex like they're bathing by themselves?

Also, do they really all get together just to get naked for the hot spring that's out in the open like that? Couldn't they make like some kind of retractable roof for their hot springs like Reliant Stadium has? laugh

Some people say Mangas...dramas..movies are exaggeration of real life. But yea, some people are not shy being nude in public. Even in the UK, I've seen girls went naked in an open hostel showeroom..(which...creeped the hell out of me)

I wish I could go to japan and experience the subculture..and life there.
I also want to confirm if it's True that highschool girls go on dates with their Sempais...losing their virginity during summer breaks.. and lol. the thing with the White X'mas..and Hikkomori...

Like anywhere it depends on the individual. I met a number of Japanese girls in my year there that wouldn't wear a bikini because it exposed their belly button, so, yes, some of them really are that shy.

When it comes to bathing the Japanese don't think it's all that big of a deal to get naked in front of others of the same gender, everyone has the same parts and all. Mixed bathing is much rarer and generally used by the elderly for the most part, though I never went to a mixed one myself. One of the guys in my study abroad group actually had his host father strip down in front of him and show him how to take a bath in their bathroom when he couldn't understand what they were trying to explain to him. Incidentally the mother and daughter were there too and laughing their asses off at the father.

...You want to confirm that high school girls go out with older guys in their school? Really? I can tell you right now, yes. Obviously. Without a shadow of a doubt. And through sheer probability, some must lose their virginity during summer breaks. Not all, nor necessarily the majority, but obviously some.

White X'mas? What?

Hikikomori? Are there really shut-ins? Sure, but it's not going to be common. They would be unusual, but they definitely exist.

Yes, since it's winter over there, I suppose Christmas is white over there. But I think you probably meant White Day (when the guys give gifts to girls that gave them choco on Valentine).

Are people actually bullied because their hair is a different color, as in not black or shades of brown?

I wanna know this too since this question has passed across my mind many times. is it really happening? all this bullying stuff just because of differences in appearances and such? what are teachers or parents doing to prevent such actions? I mean, Jesus, if it is true then little kids are getting hurt for stupid reasons and no one helps them! even teachers and school... it is scary... dead

And I don't even know where Valentine's came from.

St. Valentine's feast day is on that day.(I think its the day he was martyred.) He was a dude who cured the daughter of his jailor. Apparently he left her a note with a little heart(or something similar) on it to her saying "From your Valentine".

How we derived Valentines day from that I don't know, though.
