I don't read much shoujo...
Souryo Fuyumi's shoujo is probably one of the best.
Sahara mizu has nice shoujo titles, although I prefer her seinen and shounen-ai ones.
Penguin kakumei and Ludwig kakumei are good.
yuki kaori's others are good as well.

Smut: Most of yoshihara yuki's smut. Very nice, especially itadakimasu!.

Shounen... GTO is really good.

I'd also recommend Yotsubato! and YKK which is everyone's must.
