hi im looking for something like toradora or angel dentetsu (if you have read eather of those you will understand what i mean)....im not very good at explaining, but basicly a main character that looks scary and people treat him/her as such

Well i don´t know if it fits but try Mirai Nikki the female main is definitive scary or insane but it´s the same i think....

.....onizuka isn't scary(ok maybe he is sometimes but the thing im looking for is a main that makes people run in terror and children cry just by looking at them...basicly)

Haha..sorry if they do not fit the criteria ^__^;;; that's all I could think about, I'm not into action mangas that much...but they're all my fav.

Red eyes is a manga..I don't think there;s anime for it..I'm not into anime myself =__=;; But you shud srsly read Red Eyes. It's one of my fav. manga EVER! (it's just Underrated..that's all..)

I'm even planning to buy the licensed manga version. of Red eyes.

How bout main characters that actually ARE scary, rather than just looking scary:
