Try Medaka Box : it has extremely strong protagonist who rules school thanks to her suggestion box.
Not to mention with Mahou Sensei Negima! : a very strong protagonist was sent to a all-girls school as a teacher. Loads and loads of fights as the story progresses and some training in it.
