honestly when I was in asia, I never feel hungry, but here in europe I can't stand more than 8h without food/snacks. Perhaps because it is colder here?

Well, a lot of people dont have time, I only eat breakfast when my schools in the morning, when its in the afternoon I dont, you eat your lunch and dinner, that makes you normal

So as "THE TEACHER" I advice you eat ur vegetables and atleast 2 pieces of fruit and no snacks just healthy things and work out twice a day and u will be perfectly fit!!!

I've converted. I used to never eat or drink before lunch time, but since Christmas, if I don't have a big breakfast, I'm hungry the rest of the day, even right after a meal.
