Yes, I noticed it's cut but I hope that it doesn't get in the way of identifying the manga. I found this pic when I typed "Cui Ling kaze no stigma" in the search box of my search engine. I'm curious because the art looks pretty nice, doesn't it? I have a feeling it's romance too so that got me doubly interested. Please help~! By the way, if I were to guess maybe it IS from Kaze no Stigma a.k.a. Stigma of The Wind because of how the guy looks and the name KAZUMA. If I'm right, I just want to know who the girl is, is that cui ling*? But then again, if I'm wrong, please tell me what manga it is. Thank you very much in advance! ^_^

*I read it somewhere that kazuma loved this Cui Ling person but that person died or something. Please explain this too, if that's not too much. >.<
