i like the mango or taro but to tell the truth i dont like bubble tea that much because most of the time the pearls are hard to chew or i cant completely chew it like the center i like soft food n i have this thing where i have to completely grind my food i rather the drink without the pearls

Around my area it's know as Boba Tea.

Lately I've been getting mine from a Thai restaurant that sells them as "Thai Tea with Boba" for $2. But they have a Buy One Get One Free offer. SCORE! XD

They have lots of other flavors but at full price, but who can resist a bargain? They also serve Pudding Milk Tea with the BOGO (slivers of vanilla pudding instead of boba). But I get mine mixed. If the boba's too hard, the pudding makes up for it.

I've tried the mail order house BubbleTeaStore, and it wasn't bad. Making the boba from scratch is a pain though. My favorite home flavor was Watermelon/Strawberry.

I also like Lychee, Honeydew & Mango. Best one's I've had were from Hawaii though.

How can you be a proper otaku and not know of bubble tea? XD
It's sold all over the place in much of Asia and it's gaining popularity here in the states.

My favorite would have to be plain black tea. It's supposed to be tea, after all. All the rest tend to be too sweet. But I definitely don't like jasmine tea flavor. It tastes like cheap perfume. dead

I don't like sago, though. It's the same idea but it's even sweeter and it tastes weirder.

P.S. i thought bubble tea was tea with a lot of bubbles...>_>

Same here. Anyway, never tried it. Don't even think they sell those back home. ._.

Have seen it before. But I don't care much for tea, so no thanks. XD

I like to go with simplicity, Taro is definitely a good flavor. ♥

I never really liked fruits in bubble tea, the one's I've tried tasted too slushy. Strawberry would be the exception.
