I guess more people here would choose Japanese than most other populations would, but it really isn't a pretty-sounding language at all. The way words and characters work is sometimes kind of "romantic", though, and poetic.
My favorite is definitely Serbian, though. It can be romantic-sounding, but it's best all loud and gruff.
Actually, my preference there is mostly because there was this one really hot Serbian exchange student in middle school that would talk to the girls who he wanted to impress in Serbian once he realized how much of an advantage it gave him.

Well, for beauty I think I'd choose Chinese.
For sexy romantic qualities I'd say English with either Irish or Scottish accent. Ah, those growls coming from a tall red-head wearing a kilt... *sighs blissfully*

My opinion is obvious... I pick Russian~
I'm a proud Russian speaker, yes, sue my bias. >_>;
I think Chinese is very beautiful when spoken by women, softly...
Caressing the senses...
To the French haters/opposers:
Cliche or not, it has a well deserved reputation.
I think it goes.
Arabic lovers:
What, lol, are you serious?
This has got to be one of the ugliest, most crude languages out there.
I live in Israel, so I've heard my fair share of it, even had to study it for a while.
-------
Hmm... I'll say this...
I think of the sound, if I do or do not like it.
I seldom think of romance when it comes to language.
But I do think of other things~
I mostly picked Russian because it's my favorite language.
I like Portuguese and rather hate Spanish.

"Most Romantic" is subjective, varying from person to person.
For me...English. If I don't understand what is being said, I won't be able to get too into it

I think I like Croatian best, actually. It's pretty much the same as Serbian in sound but a little more flowing.
And I have a fondness for Swahili, actually.
But I'm only choosing these relatively obscure languages because I'm avoiding saying French, which I am ashamed to admit still turns me to jelly after two years of studying it.

HAS no one said sign language, I know that you can't hear it but it shows the love!!!
Anyone can say that there is love in what ever languege you speak in but to "say" it with action i fined it more BEAUTIFUL
And when a deaf-mute person tries to say "i love you" and says your "name" in your naive language its like he/she is putting extra effort in the relationship then saying "i love you" like i hear Americans say
Example ""OMG I LOVE how this looks on you"" or "" I LOVE THAT TOO"'' or just using ""I love you when you don't mean it"

english because I can understand it. chinese sounds horrible to me. French isn't bad. Arabic isn't very romantic, seems quite harsh and stuff.

I like the way Spanish flows. French is nice too for the same reason, but Spanish still beats it in my opinion.
