As I said; I'm looking for characters who have a severe anger problem, whether they are male or female. No matter how much they compose themselves, they will eventually lash out, and get in serious trouble. Currently I can't find any of the sort, so some reference would be appreciated.

well not that they get in "serious trouble" but
Berserk and all the Slayers have protagonists that have anger problems

I have a feeling that I've read a manga similar to what you described, but I don't remember the title... but why don't you try Vinland Saga? The protagonist is... permanently angry
