I've seen Fight Club, and I've heard of Boondock Saints, but I have no clue what the others are.

I've seen Fight Club, Truman Show and American History X. But I don't know what the other two are. @_@

Off the top of my head?

The Bourne Identity, the Borne Supremacy, The Bourne Ultimatum. (They are THE BEST MOVIES EVER. You HAVE to watch them. =DD )

iRobots, I am Legend, August Rush, and You've got Mail are also some of my very favorites.

Alright. My favorites. I could watch movies all day, so this could turn out pretty long:

Star Wars (especially 3-6)
The Mummy and The Mummy Returns (can't wait for the next one to come out although the original girl isn't going to be in it...)
Rush Hour 2 and Shanghi Knights (both series, I watched 2 before 1 and since Jackie Chan sequals tend to be a LOT like the first, the second movies are the ones I think of first)
Legally Blonde
All three Lord of the Rings
Pirates of the Carribbean has got to be the best trilogy every (original Star Wars excluded)
Hairspray
the old Disney Beauty and the Beast
Serenity
any Will Smith sci-fi!
Alien and Aliens
Jaws
Robin Hood: Men in Tights (I like TV version best, though)
The Wedding Planner
growing up with younger siblings, cousins and babysitting, I'm now addicted to Veggie Tales
old musicals like The Sound of Music, Singing in the Rain and My Fair Lady
both Narnia movies!
...that's all I can think of off the top of my head.

EDIT:
I can't believe I left out Stardust and A Knights Tale!

saw the 51st state (formula 51 as was also known) and loved it...the scene when he pulls an umbrella from golfs bag, or Samuel and golf clubs vs skinheads...priceless

yesterday i started watching The bank job, but my girlfriend sabotaged it with 'it's stupid, how can you watch this' and goddammit i watched freaking 27 dresses with her...but there's time, there's time...

I wonder if anyone has mentioned Mel Gibson's epic masterpiece, BraveHeart.... nothing beats mad Scots. Also MadMax.

I'm a big fan of "arthouse films".... U know, the types that appear at Cannes or other Film Festivals instead of the Oscars, but I can't seem to recall many of the titles I've enjoyed (probably growing old/senile). One such film is called Eureka by one of Japan's most underrated directors, Shinji Aoyama. Do a Wiki search.

Another deserving mention is the Hong Kong film trilogy, Infernal Affairs.... u know.... the ones Martin Scorcese shamelessly copied when he made The Departed.

Silence of the Lambs.... greatest psychological thriller ever starring the greatest ever actor, Sir Anthony Hopkins.

Lastly.... Come on people!!.... One can't talk about the best movies without mentioning Steve McQueen.... Try watching DVD's of Bullit or Le Mans.
