Im looking for a shoujo romance where the main female or the guy she ends up with has had something tragic happen to them. maybe the guy lost his mom or the female main has had maybe her older brother die because of her. just something sad. but i want them not to just shrug it off, they should have maybe a phobia or trauma because of it. its okay if they usually still smile, but when something related happens they freeze and cant do anything. sorry for being a sadistic sorta person.

The lead characters in 'LIFE' and 'VITAMIN', both by Suenobu Keiko. They both had to deal with school bullying and sexual harassment, and their parents didn't believe them! i wanted to jump inside the manga and stand up for them!
